Mission Overview:
This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Product Owner Squad Transactions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Act as Product Owner of the squad, representing stakeholders and the voice of the customers, capturing their expectations, preferences, and aversions according to Scrum methodology.
- Lead and organize the Squad together with the Scrum Master, ensuring the team’s understanding of the product and priorities, and maintaining consistency throughout each Sprint.
- Express and prioritize product needs using a Product Backlog, regularly communicating with stakeholders and explaining prioritization decisions.
- Motivate the squad, facilitate problem solving, and help organize the work.
- Occasionally take on the role of Opus Owner (project manager) for Transactions-related topics.
- Build the product’s big picture and roadmap based on agile slicing, translating this vision to the development team.
- Clarify needs and lead refinement to draft key functional specifications according to agile methodology.
- Plan iterations and define priorities to ensure proper content delivery.
- Define and monitor the Product Backlog, continuously prioritizing key business needs.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment on the product to be delivered.
- Initiate priority management, ensure product consistency and quality.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (retrospectives, sprint reviews, sprint planning, etc.).
- Serve as decision maker or have authority to arbitrate on delivered functionalities.

Language Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of English.
- At least one national language: French or Dutch.
Certification:
- Product Owner or Scrum Master certification.
Telework:
- Expectation: 50% on site and 50% homeworking.
Required Experience / Knowledge:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Functional understanding of banking systems, ideally daily banking, both mainframe and distributed (preferable).
