Mission Overview:

Join Keystone Solutions as a Test Coordinator consultant to deliver high-impact testing coordination and governance for our client. This consultancy mission is primarily on-site in Liège, with the possibility of remote work up to a maximum of two days per week. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will coordinate and steer test activities for assigned projects, ensure adherence to established testing rules and standards defined by governance, and oversee testing across the associated developments while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities – Test Coordination:

  • Develop, maintain, and steer test plans in connection with projects, and oversee their implementation by all stakeholders.
  • Oversee the initiation and closure of the different testing phases for each project.
  • Organize, coordinate, and monitor testing activities for each phase, in collaboration with internal teams (IT and business) and external providers.
  • Ensure proper execution of testing activities, from preparation through reporting, across different applications and test types.
  • Provide daily operational follow-up of actions related to testing and escalate identified risks, blockers, and impacts.
  • At project closure, ensure the complete and compliant transfer of test documentation to the clients maintenance teams.


Required Skills – Must Have:

  • Ability to manage several projects in parallel.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to uphold testing governance while adapting to varying maturity levels across internal teams and external providers.
  • Mastery of functional and non-functional testing, as well as different test levels (development, integration, acceptance).
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French (minimum C2 level).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Test Coordinator role.
  • Medior profile (3 to 5 years of experience).


Required Skills – Should Have:

  • Experience managing external providers.
  • ISTQB Foundation Level certification.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the energy sector.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
