Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Lead for a consultancy mission with our client in the non-life insurance domain. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will lead technical initiatives within the client's IT department focused on the implementation of web applications for non-life insurance serving brokers and banks. You will operate in a division of approximately 150–200 people, working transversally across delivery, contracts, claims, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the responsible technical development lead within the client's IT department for web application implementation in non-life insurance for brokers and banks.
• Work transversally to support delivery projects, contracts, claims, and technical support.
• Lead the technological transformation from significant COBOL development towards .NET (C#) and Azure integration.
• Drive migration from BizTalk to .NET/API, background worker processes, and Azure services.
• Contribute to the ongoing migration toward Azure Service Bus and related integration patterns.
• Organize and facilitate workshops to share knowledge and best practices across teams.
• Provide hands-on leadership to junior and medior developers, ensuring code quality and engineering excellence.
• Propose sound, pragmatic technical solutions aligned with the client's transformation goals.
• Contribute to technical documentation and ensure maintainability and clarity.
• Demonstrate strong communication, a proactive mindset, and effective team leadership.
• Support orchestration-related initiatives as part of integration and workflow modernization.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Senior profile with 8+ years of experience.
• Proven experience with Azure integration services and cloud environments.
• Strong .NET (C#) development expertise.
• Mastery of Entity Framework.
• Experience with background processes/worker services and Service Bus.
• Solid understanding of integration patterns.
• General cloud knowledge.
• Ability to contribute effectively to documentation.

Team and Environment:

• Team of approximately 20 developers (junior to medior).
• Technologies in scope include COBOL, .NET (C#), Azure services, Service Bus, and orchestration.
• Team days: Wednesday; a second team day will be added.
• Active transformation phase to adapt to modern .NET development styles and Azure integration.
