Technical Work Planner
Job Description:
Mission Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Work Planner specializing in obsolescence management for a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective execution of maintenance tasks while transitioning installations from project to maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and process the needs of internal clients to link appropriate actions.
- Gather and research information (on-site, from systems, verbally, etc.) and provide data for the preparation of maintenance plans.
- Ensure the necessary materials and resources are available.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, team leaders, and requesting services.
- Process, handle, and follow up on orders and suppliers/contractors to provide the necessary work resources for maintenance tasks.
- Create objects and enter purchase requests.
- Track orders and suppliers/contractors.
- Maintain contacts and conduct discussions with suppliers.
- Provide instructions and guide internal and external parties during maintenance work to ensure efficient execution.
- Deliver technical and operational instructions to internal staff or external parties.
- Review detailed plans of maintenance activities.
- Draft, correct, and update work instructions.
- Manage and supplement information/data/material/documents/forms/lists/files through systems, databases, and internal discussions to ensure access to the most current data.
- Collect, process, and manage data in designated applications (company-specific IT programs, equipment, etc.).
- Execute inventory management of warehouse items.
- Check, adjust, and keep data, plans, drawings, and preventive maintenance plans up to date.
- Coordinate the execution of work with involved parties to ensure smooth operations.
- Discuss the planning window and make arrangements with involved parties.
- Consult on required capacity, competencies, and modalities with involved parties.
Requirements:
- Experience in processing/translating construction files into maintenance plans.
- Experience in setting up/managing a Bill of Materials/structured maintenance in a maintenance management system.
- A proactive leader who actively seeks information from colleagues, experts, and project engineers and can effectively translate it to executors/team leaders/installation managers.
- Proficient in office applications.
