Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an Application Project Manager. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects, working on-site and collaborating with diverse teams to deliver impactful solutions for our client in the financial sector.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation, planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring objectives are met according to scope and creating transparency for all stakeholders.
• Coordinate capacity planning to ensure project team members are available and focused.
• Set up projects by agreeing on objectives with management and stakeholders, estimating effort and costs, planning, and sourcing project staff or subcontractors.
• Monitor project deliverables, ensuring scope, quality, costs, and deadlines are met, and that all objectives and requirements are addressed.
• Manage risks, ensure compliance with rules and standards, and apply gating principles at all project stages.
• Ensure all parties, including subcontractors, adhere to enterprise standards, including Compliance, Permanent Control, and Operational Risk.
• Maintain project documentation, publish progress reports, and contribute to project steering committees.
• Represent the project in steering committees and meetings, ensuring effective communication between business and stakeholders.
• Align and share information with teams responsible for ongoing operations post-project, ensuring a smooth handover.
• If no dedicated change manager is appointed, design and coordinate the change management plan with the Core Team.
• If no dedicated test manager is appointed, ensure test plans are prepared, executed, and followed up with all relevant parties.
• Functionally manage the assigned project team and lead by example, potentially managing multiple projects across various business domains and disciplines.

Required Experience and Knowledge:

• At least 5-6 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Strong IT background.
• Practical experience running projects involving Salesforce, with a good understanding of integrated solutions and components (CPQ, FSL, CRM, etc.).
• Expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and light automations.
• Experience with Agile accelerator module of Salesforce is preferable.
• Solid experience in project management methods, processes, and tools (Waterfall methods like Prince2, Agile, Clarity, MS Projects).
• Demonstrated experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, applying best practices from both in similar contexts.
• Facilitation skills and ability to orchestrate multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Experience working closely with external service providers.
• Experience in banking or regulatory domains is highly relevant.

Language Requirements:

• Sound knowledge of Dutch or French (written and oral), with good understanding of the other language
• Sound knowledge of English, both written and oral, as it is the standard language for documentation and meetings

Work Location and Telework:

• Based in Brussels, with an expectation of 50% on-site and 50% homeworking
