Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an IT Functional Analyst. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Clearly identify business problems and requirements, mapping out possible solutions for integration into the enterprise production environment.
• Investigate costs and benefits, and design the chosen solution in detail, specifying data, processes, and system impacts.
• Accompany business analysts and clients in solution reflection, proposing alternatives aligned with enterprise architecture and strategy.
• Ensure client adoption of enterprise rules and standards, including architectural and security standards.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, asset managers, and product owners to set up architecture and coordinate involved teams.
• Relay between client, business analyst, and asset teams, ensuring unified understanding of client needs.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements and align with technical teams on responsibilities.
• Design application solutions, detailing impacts on application components as per architecture.
• Follow up on development and testing to ensure coherence with functional specifications.
• Provide technical definitions for components supported by different teams (queues, security, integration layers, etc.).
• Support suppliers during development, integration, and assembly testing.
• Analyze defects during test phases and support release and deployment teams.
• Provide ad hoc support to operational entities and helpdesks after production installation, analyze incidents, and maintain documentation.
• Work in an Agile context, combining preparation, elaboration, and construction in sprints.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language (Dutch or French).
• Functional and technical knowledge of existing IT systems (mandatory).
• Experience in the financial sector (mandatory).
• Experience with APIs (design, test/mock, documentation), system modelling (UML/Sequence/Activity/flowchart), validation patterns (Data definition, RegEx), ability to read code (SQL, Java, JSON/YAML, basic scripting), interpret architecture diagrams, technical negotiation, understanding Java and object-oriented principles, cloud integration principles, Agile/Scrum framework, and 3 amigos refinements (preferable).
• Experience with digital channels: web and mobile (preferable).
• Soft skills: rigor, methodical approach, analytical mindset, accuracy, adaptability, communication, and team spirit.
• Agile mindset: positive attitude, pragmatism, thirst for knowledge, focus on team success, and continuous improvement.
• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.
